We service multiple brands and models of appliances, but we do not represent any specific manufacturer. Our independence allows us to provide:

Diagnostic & Service Charges

We are committed to price transparency in compliance with Google Ads policies:

Diagnostic Fee: NPR 500

Waived if you proceed with the repair

  1. Free Initial Assessment: We provide a free initial assessment of your appliance's issue when you contact us.
  2. Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee of NPR 500 applies when our technician visits your location to diagnose the appliance. This fee covers transportation and initial diagnosis time.
  3. Diagnostic Fee Waiver: If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and included in the total repair cost.
  4. Upfront Estimates: After diagnosis, we provide a written or verbal estimate detailing:
    • Parts required and their costs
    • Labor charges
    • Total estimated repair cost
  5. No Obligation: You are under no obligation to proceed with the repair after receiving the estimate. If you choose not to proceed, only the diagnostic fee (NPR 500) is payable.

Price Transparency Notice

In accordance with Google Ads policies and consumer protection standards, we provide complete price transparency. There are no hidden fees or charges. The final price you pay will match the estimate provided unless additional issues are discovered during repair, in which case we will seek your approval before proceeding.

Warranty on Repairs

Our Warranty Coverage

Dishant Service Center provides a 90-day warranty on all repairs, covering both parts and labor. This warranty applies from the date of service completion.

What Our Warranty Covers

  • All replacement parts installed by our technicians
  • Labor for the specific repair performed
  • Return service if the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period

What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Physical damage to the appliance caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors after our repair
  • Power surges or electrical issues from your home's electrical supply
  • Unauthorized tampering with the appliance after our repair
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Appliances that were already beyond economical repair due to age or previous damage
  • Normal wear and tear on unrelated components

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us within the warranty period describing the issue
  2. Provide your original service receipt or reference number
  3. Our technician will assess whether the issue is covered under warranty
  4. If covered, we will schedule a return visit to fix the issue at no additional cost

Payment Terms

Payment Timing

Payment is due upon completion of the repair service, before our technician leaves your premises. We provide a detailed receipt for all payments made.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality repair services, Dishant Service Center's liability is limited as follows:

Direct Damages

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific repair service in question.

Indirect Damages

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including, but not limited to:

  • Food spoilage due to refrigerator or freezer failures
  • Loss of use of the appliance during repair time
  • Damages arising from pre-existing conditions or age-related failures
  • Consequential business losses for commercial appliances

Appliance Condition Limitations

We are not liable if:

  • An appliance is already beyond economical repair due to age, previous damage, or manufacturer defects
  • Repair attempts reveal additional issues that make complete repair impractical
  • Required replacement parts are no longer available for older appliance models

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment for our technicians
  • Disclose any known hazards related to the appliance
  • Ensure the appliance is accessible for repair
  • Back up any data or settings on smart appliances before service

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu District, Nepal.

Dispute Resolution Process

We believe in resolving disputes amicably:
